Q1: What temperature range does the cooler maintain?
A: When connected to a suitable external power source, the cooler is designed for active cooling within a 2–8°C target range. The actual temperature may vary depending on ambient conditions, power supply and usage. Always follow your medication’s labeled storage instructions.
Q2: Does it have a built-in battery?
A: No. This model does not rely on a built-in rechargeable battery. It requires an external power source during active cooling.
Q3: What power sources can I use?
A: The cooler supports USB-C power input, 5V/2A, 10W. It can be used with a compatible power bank, wall power adapter or car USB power source.
Q4: Will it keep cooling after the power is disconnected?
A: No. This is an active powered cooler, not a long-term passive insulated container. For continuous cooling, keep it connected to a suitable external power source.
Q5: Can I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit?
A: Yes. The display supports °C / °F switching. Hold the control button for about 2 seconds to switch units. For reference, 02°C = 35.6°F.
Q6: How much medication can it hold?
A: The Ø46 mm inner chamber can hold approximately 4–6 insulin pens OR up to 18 cartridges, depending on the actual size and shape of your medication.
Q7: Can it store medications other than insulin?
A: It may physically fit other temperature-sensitive medication formats such as certain growth hormone devices, lyophilized vials or eye drops, as long as their dimensions fit the chamber. Always confirm the required storage temperature with your medication instructions.
Q8: What is the patented storage rack for?
A: The internal storage rack is designed to help organize vials and pen needles/accessories in separate areas, so small items stay tidier and easier to access inside the cooler.
Q9: Is the cooler noisy?
A: The operating noise is approximately 30 dB under laboratory test conditions. Actual noise may vary depending on the environment and operating conditions.

A: A power bank shown in product images is for usage demonstration unless specifically listed in your selected package. Please check the package contents before ordering.

A: Yes. The cooler includes a dedicated carrying bag for easier daily travel. It helps keep the cooler organized while carrying, and the front pocket can also hold a compatible power bank for convenient external power on the go.

A: The compact design and flexible USB-C power options make it suitable for commuting, hotel stays and road trips. If you plan to carry it on a flight, always check the latest airline and local transportation requirements before departure.
Q14: What should I do before placing medication inside?
A: Connect the cooler to a suitable power source, confirm that the device is operating normally, and monitor the displayed temperature. Only place medication inside when the storage conditions meet your medication’s requirements.
