Seller Onboarding

Welcome to the next step in joining the BUY IT ALREADY marketplace. This guide explains what happens after you apply and what approved sellers need to prepare.

Our Seller Approval Process

1. Application received: We review the business, contact information, product categories, and product details you submit.
2. Application review: We may contact you for clarification, additional product information, proof of product rights, or other reasonable verification.
3. Decision: If approved, you receive onboarding instructions. If not approved, we notify you using the contact details submitted, where possible.
4. Seller setup: Approved sellers complete the required marketplace account setup and accept the final seller agreement before listing or selling.
5. Product review and launch: Product listings are reviewed against marketplace standards before being made available to customers.

What Approved Sellers Should Prepare

• Legal business name and primary business contact
• Business email and phone number
• Business website or active brand/social profile, if available
• Product catalog, clear product images, descriptions, pricing, and SKUs where applicable
• Accurate inventory and product availability information
• Shipping origin, processing times, shipping methods, and return contact details
• Any licenses, authorizations, safety information, or documentation required for the products offered
• Business and payout details submitted only through the approved secure onboarding/payment provider—not by ordinary email or this contact form

Seller Responsibilities

• List only authentic, lawful products that you are authorized to sell.
• Keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock, and shipping estimates accurate.
• Process orders promptly and provide valid tracking information when applicable.
• Respond to customer service and marketplace support requests in a timely manner.
• Follow applicable consumer protection, product safety, privacy, tax, and intellectual property laws.
• Honor the final marketplace policies for cancellations, returns, refunds, and disputes.

Seller Agreement & Marketplace Fees

Before activation, each approved seller must review and accept the current BUY IT ALREADY Seller Agreement. The agreement will identify the applicable commission, any fees, payout schedule, payment method, shipping and returns responsibilities, dispute process, and termination rules. These terms will be disclosed before a seller is activated. No commission rate or payout schedule is promised by this guide.

Seller approval is not automatic. BUY IT ALREADY may decline applications or listings that do not meet marketplace requirements.
